  • Material Certification (Mill Cert / MTR)

    Material test report from the supplier (showing chemistry, heat lot, hardness, etc.)

  • Inspection Report/ First Article Inspection Report (FAIR)

    A full dimensional inspection of parts off a new setup. Including methods of inspection.

  • Certificate of Calibration

    Measuring equipment (calipers, mics, gauge blocks, pin gauges) is calibrated and traceable to NIST standards.

  • Process Certification

    Traceability when using process of heat treat, plating, anodizing.
